I'm Leonie Michaels
I'm a holistic health practitioner with over 20 years experience, creating spaces where people can feel empowered, connected and listen to the voice within. I'm an ongoing student of life, embracing my quirky and intuitive nature to work with people of all ages and abilities.
I can hold space for people that have experienced trauma, have chronic illness and have sensory processing issues. In my practice I work with adults and children to improve body awareness, mobility, digestion, focus and improve overall health and wellbeing. It is my aim to simply facilitate this process in a gentle and non-invasive way.
I draw on my skills as a Kinesiologist, Cranial Sacral, Bowen, Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement) and Innerdance facilitator, as well as combining sound and energy medicine to enhance the development of curiosity, growth and transformation.
I have a special interest in working with children with additional needs and their families and have worked in disability services and private practice for over 20 years.
